Transparent Pricing

Real Numbers.
No Dodging.

Most agencies will not publish their prices. We do. It saves everyone time, and it is the same principle we apply across everything we build: show the work, name the number, let you decide.

All services are month-to-month unless otherwise noted. No retainer lock-in. No surprise fees.

Analytics

Conversion Tracking Setup

$500 – $1,500

One-time setup

What is included

  • GA4 implementation and event configuration
  • Google Tag Manager setup and container audit
  • Enhanced conversions and server-side tracking where needed
  • Full data quality audit and event testing

What drives the price range

$500 covers a clean single-site setup with standard events (form submissions, calls, purchases). $1,500 is for complex implementations: multiple domains, server-side GTM, offline conversion pipelines (GCLID/MSCLKID tracking), or a broken legacy setup that needs rebuilding.

We scope it properly before quoting. No surprises mid-project.

Reporting

Advanced Analytics & Reporting

$800 – $2,000

Dashboard setup; $200–$500/month ongoing

What is included

  • Looker Studio dashboards connected to your real data
  • Automated scheduled reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • GA4 segmentation, custom dimensions, and funnel analysis
  • Cross-platform reporting (ads, organic, email, CRM in one view)

What drives the price range

$800 is a clean single-source dashboard (GA4 only, or GA4 plus one ad platform). $2,000 is multi-source: blending GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, a CRM, and custom data tables into a single reporting view with automated distribution.

Monthly reporting ($200–$500) covers ongoing maintenance, data freshness checks, and commentary on what the numbers actually mean.

Automation

Workflow Automation

From $1,500

Retainers $750–$2,500/month

Simple

From $1,500

Single trigger, 2-3 steps, one integration. Lead routing, basic notifications, simple data sync.

Complex

$3,000 – $8,000

Multi-system integration with error handling, conditional logic, and custom API work.

Retainer

$750 – $2,500/mo

Ongoing development, maintenance, error monitoring, and monthly health checks.

We work with n8n (self-hosted), Make.com, and Zapier. Enterprise systems with custom monitoring are scoped per project. All builds include documentation and a handover session.

ERP Development

NetSuite Development

$100/hour

$500 minimum per project

What is included

  • SuiteScript 2.x: client scripts, user event scripts, scheduled scripts, Suitelet and RESTlet development
  • Third-party integrations (Shopify, HubSpot, Amazon, custom APIs)
  • Saved searches, SuiteFlow workflow automation, and custom forms
  • Project-based pricing available for larger scopes

How the minimum works

The $500 minimum applies per project engagement, not per task. A 30-minute fix invoices at $500. A 20-hour implementation invoices at $2,000 (20 × $100). For large or ongoing projects we offer project-based or monthly retainer pricing that is usually more economical.

50+ NetSuite projects delivered. 8+ year client relationships. We have seen most of what NetSuite throws at you.

Conversion Optimisation

CRO Audits

$500 – $2,000

One-time audit

What is included

  • Full funnel analysis from ad click to conversion
  • Mobile conversion flow audit
  • CTA placement, form friction, and trust signal review
  • Prioritised fix list ordered by expected impact

What drives the price range

$500 covers a focused audit of a single landing page or a small site (under 10 pages). $2,000 is a full site audit across multiple funnels, including heatmap and session recording review, form analytics, and a prioritised backlog of changes with estimated impact.

All audits deliver a written report with specific, actionable recommendations. Not a list of observations. Actual changes to make, in order of priority.

What you will not find here

A few things worth saying plainly.

No "packages"

We do not sell Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers. You get scoped work for a specific outcome. If something does not apply to your business, you do not pay for it.

No lock-in contracts

Monthly work is month-to-month. Project work ends when the project does. The only thing keeping you here is results.

No markup on ad spend

Your ad budget goes to Google. Our fee is separate. You always know exactly how much is being spent on ads versus management.

No overpromising

We do not guarantee specific results. Any agency that does is either lying or defining "results" in a way that has nothing to do with your revenue.

Not sure which service fits?

Tell us what is not working. We will tell you honestly whether we can help, and what it will cost. No obligation, no sales pitch.

Discuss Your Project

Pricing FAQs

Questions we get asked before projects start.

Why do you publish your prices when most agencies don't?

Because the "contact us for pricing" model wastes everyone's time. You spend 45 minutes on a call with someone who turns out to be outside your budget, and we spend 45 minutes on a call that was never going to go anywhere. Publishing prices filters for the right clients. If our rate is not right for your business, you know before either of us invests time. That is better for you and better for us.

Are these prices negotiable?

The published rates reflect the actual time and skill required. We do not have inflated rates we expect people to haggle down. For ongoing retainers or multi-service engagements where scope is well-defined, there is often room to structure pricing differently. For one-off projects, the quotes are fair as quoted. We would rather decline a project than cut a rate and do a rushed job.

Is there a minimum engagement period?

No. All monthly services are month-to-month. You can cancel with reasonable notice (typically 30 days so we can wrap work cleanly). Project work has a defined scope and deliverable. Once the project is complete, there is no obligation to continue. Retainers exist for clients who want ongoing support, not to lock you in.

What if my project does not fit the listed prices?

The ranges above cover most standard work. Larger or more complex projects (enterprise NetSuite implementations, multi-agent AI systems, large-scale tracking overhauls) are scoped and quoted individually. Use the contact form, describe what you are trying to do, and we will tell you what it will realistically cost and whether it fits our current capacity.

Do you work with small budgets?

Honestly: some services require a minimum spend to be viable. Google Ads management at the $750/month minimum makes sense if you are spending at least $3,000 to $5,000/month on ads, otherwise the economics do not work in your favour. Conversion tracking and one-time audits have no minimum beyond the listed prices. If your budget does not match what a service requires to be effective, we will tell you plainly rather than take your money.
