Real Numbers, No Dodging

You Booked the Call.
They Still Won't Say the Price.

Forty-five minutes of discovery questions, a slide deck, a follow-up email, and a proposal a week later that turns out to be triple what you had in mind. Everyone's time is gone and nothing has been built. That is the standard agency sales process, and it exists because publishing a number costs an agency the chance to work out how much you can afford first.

Our prices are below. If they are wrong for your business, you will know in two minutes instead of two weeks.

Month to month

No lock-in on any retainer

0% markup

On your ad spend, ever

Since 2016

7+ year longest client relationships

Ongoing Work

Monthly Services

All month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice so we can wrap the work cleanly and hand everything over. There is no minimum term, because a client who stays out of obligation is not a client we want.

SEO

From $750/mo

Retainer, month to month

Keyword clustering by intent, meta copy tested against real Google Ads click data before it goes live in organic, live Looker Studio reporting, and automated monitoring for ranking drops and crawl errors. Scope scales with site size and how competitive the market is.

ChatGPT Ads

$750/mo

Management fee, ad spend separate

Management on the OpenAI ad platform. This is early-mover territory: the inventory, targeting, and reporting are all still maturing. We will tell you honestly whether your business is a fit before taking the work on.

AI Visibility

From $750/mo

Conversion Optimization

CRO and Automated A/B Testing

From $750/mo

Retainer, month to month

What's included

  • Automated A/B tests running continuously against live traffic
  • Test design, build, and statistical read on when a result is real
  • Winners rolled out, losers rolled back, both documented
  • Full funnel work: CTA placement, form friction, mobile flow, trust signals
  • Results measured in revenue and cost per lead, not micro-conversions

Why this is monthly and not a one-off

A single audit gives you a list of opinions. Testing gives you answers. The point of running tests continuously is that most of them lose, and you only find the ones that win by working through the queue month after month. A test that ran for two weeks and got stopped early is not a result, it is a guess with a chart attached.

If you would rather start smaller, a one-time CRO audit is $500 to $2,000: $500 for a single landing page or a site under ten pages, $2,000 for a full multi-funnel audit with heatmap and session recording review. It ends in a prioritized list of changes to make. It is a good starting point, but it is not the core service, and it will not tell you which of those changes actually moves revenue.

One-Time and Project Work

Builds and Setups

Fixed scope, fixed deliverable. We scope properly before quoting, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. If the scope genuinely changes mid-project, we tell you before doing the work, not after.

Tracking

Conversion Tracking Setup

$500 to $1,500

One-time setup

What's included

  • GA4 implementation and event configuration
  • Google Tag Manager setup and container audit
  • Enhanced conversions and server-side tracking where it is needed
  • Data quality audit and event testing before handover

What moves the price

$500 covers a clean single-site setup with standard events: form submissions, calls, purchases. $1,500 is for the complicated end: multiple domains, server-side GTM, offline conversion pipelines joining GCLID and MSCLKID (the click IDs Google and Microsoft attach to every paid visit) back to closed revenue in your CRM, or a broken legacy setup that has to be rebuilt rather than patched.

We scope it before quoting. There is no mid-project price rise.

Reporting

Advanced Analytics and Reporting

$800 to $2,000

One-time build

What's included

  • Looker Studio dashboards connected to your live data
  • Scheduled automated reporting, daily, weekly, or monthly
  • GA4 segmentation, custom dimensions, and funnel analysis
  • Ads, organic, email, and CRM data blended into one view

What moves the price

$800 is a single-source dashboard, GA4 on its own or GA4 plus one ad platform. $2,000 is multi-source: GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, a CRM, and custom data tables blended into one reporting view with automated distribution.

This is a one-time build, not a subscription. Once it is live, the dashboards refresh themselves and the scheduled reports keep arriving without us in the loop. You own it and you run it.

Automation

Workflow Automation

From $1,500

Retainers $750 to $2,500/mo

Simple

From $1,500

One trigger, two or three steps, a single integration. Lead routing, notifications, straightforward data sync.

Complex

$3,000 to $8,000

Multi-system integration with conditional logic, proper error handling, and custom API work.

Retainer

$750 to $2,500/mo

Ongoing development, error monitoring, and monthly health checks once things are running.

We build on n8n (self-hosted), Make.com, and Zapier. Enterprise systems with custom monitoring are scoped per project. Every build includes documentation and a handover session, because automation nobody but us understands is a liability, not an asset.

Custom AI

AI Agents

From $1,500

One-off build, scoped per project

What's included

  • Agent design with function calling and scoped tool access
  • RAG over your own documents and data where it earns its place
  • Guardrails, security boundaries, and prompt injection defenses
  • Model routing so cheap tasks do not run on expensive models

What moves the price

$1,500 is a focused single-purpose agent doing one job well against one or two systems: a lead-routing agent that reads an email and decides where it goes, or a support bot grounded in your own documents. Multi-agent systems with several integrations, human review steps, and monitoring are priced on scope. The number is driven by how many systems it touches and how much it costs to be wrong.

Worth saying plainly: plenty of requests we get for an AI agent are better solved by a straight automation with no model in it at all. We will tell you when that is the case, and it is usually cheaper.

ERP Development

NetSuite Development

$100/hour

$500 minimum per project

What's included

  • SuiteScript 2.x: client, user event, scheduled, Suitelet, and RESTlet
  • Integrations with Shopify, HubSpot, Amazon, and custom APIs
  • Saved searches, SuiteFlow automation, and custom forms
  • Go-live support and post-implementation cleanup

How the minimum works

The $500 minimum applies per project engagement, not per task. A 30-minute fix invoices at $500. A 20-hour build invoices at $2,000. For larger or ongoing work, project-based and monthly retainer pricing usually works out cheaper than the hourly rate, and we will point that out rather than let the hours run.

50+ NetSuite projects delivered. 8+ year retentions on the longest NetSuite relationships.

The Honest Part

What You Won't Find Here

No packages

There is no Bronze, Silver, or Gold. You get scoped work aimed at a specific outcome. If part of it does not apply to your business, you do not pay for it.

No lock-in contracts

Monthly work is month to month. Project work ends when the project does. The only thing keeping you here is the work being worth paying for.

No markup on ad spend

Your ad budget goes to Google or Microsoft in full. Our fee is separate and visible. You always know what went to media and what went to management.

No guaranteed results

We do not promise a specific revenue number or ranking position. Anyone who does is either guessing or defining results in a way that has nothing to do with your revenue.

One more, and it is the one that costs us work: some of these services need a minimum budget behind them to be worth doing. Google Ads management at $750/month only makes sense once you are spending roughly $3,000 to $5,000/month on media, otherwise the fee eats too much of the return. If your budget and the service do not line up, we will say so instead of taking the money.

Pricing Questions

Why publish prices when most agencies won't?

Because "contact us for pricing" wastes everyone's time. You spend 45 minutes on a call with someone who was never in your budget, and we spend 45 minutes on a call that was never going anywhere. Publishing filters both ways. If our rate is wrong for your business, you find out before either of us invests anything.

Are these prices negotiable?

The rates reflect the actual time and skill the work takes. There is no inflated number here waiting to be haggled down. On multi-service engagements or long retainers where scope is well defined, there is often room to structure the pricing differently. On one-off projects, the quote is the quote. We would rather turn work down than cut the rate and rush it.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No. Every monthly service is month to month, cancellable with 30 days notice so work can be wrapped and handed over cleanly. Project work ends when the deliverable is signed off. Retainers exist for clients who want ongoing support, not to trap anyone.

What if my project doesn't fit any of these numbers?

The ranges cover most standard work. Enterprise NetSuite implementations, multi-agent AI systems, and large tracking overhauls get scoped and quoted individually. Describe what you are trying to do and we will tell you what it realistically costs and whether we have the capacity for it.

Do you work with small budgets?

Sometimes. One-time audits and tracking setups have no minimum beyond the listed price, and they are often the highest-return thing a smaller business can buy. Ongoing ad management is different: below roughly $3,000 to $5,000/month in media spend, the management fee takes too large a share of the return to make sense. We will tell you which side of that line you are on.

Do the prices include ad spend or software costs?

No. Ad spend goes directly to the platform and is never marked up by us. Third-party software (Looker Studio connectors, n8n or Make.com plans, CRM seats, AI model API costs) is billed to you by the vendor at their price. We tell you what a build will cost to run before we build it, not after.

Not Sure Which One You Need?

Tell us what is not working. We will tell you honestly whether we can fix it, which service it falls under, and what it will cost. If the answer is that you do not need us, we will say that too. No obligation, no sales pitch.
