We offer fortnightly check-ins for clients who like regular updates and want to stay closely involved. But if you'd rather work purely via email, WhatsApp, or Slack with no calls at all, that's equally fine. Some of our longest-running clients have never been on a call with us. Do I need to book a call or have a meeting?

No, but it's entirely your choice. Fill in the form, add our email as read-only, and we'll send a full audit within 24 hours. If you'd like regular check-ins we offer fortnightly meetings; if you'd rather work purely via email, WhatsApp, or Slack with no calls at all, that's equally fine. We have long-term clients at both ends of the spectrum. Just let us know what works for you.

What does read-only access actually mean?

Read-only means we can view your campaigns, keywords, ad copy, bids, spend data, and conversion stats, but we cannot pause anything, change bids, or make any edits. We need this level of access to do a proper audit. We'll ask for full access if you decide to move forward with management, and you can revoke it at any time.

How much does it cost?

The audit is free. If you move forward: the one-off fix is priced based on what the audit finds, and you'll see a specific quote in the follow-up. One-off project work typically runs $500 to $2,000 depending on scope, billed at $100/hour. Monthly management is 8% of your ad spend with a $750/month minimum. A $10,000/month ad spend = an $800/month management fee. No hidden fees, no setup charges, no lock-in contract.

What's included in monthly management?

Full campaign management across Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube. Weekly optimisations, monthly reporting, conversion tracking setup, keyword research, A/B ad copy testing, bid management, audience targeting, and remarketing. Conversion tracking and creative work are included, no extra charges.

How quickly will I see results?

Initial data emerges within 7 to 14 days. Meaningful improvement typically takes 30 to 60 days as we gather statistically significant data, tighten bids, and improve Quality Scores. E-commerce campaigns often move faster; B2B with longer sales cycles take longer. The audit will give you a realistic expectation based on your specific account.

What if I just want the audit and nothing else?

That's fine. The audit is free and comes with no obligation. You'll get a written document with everything we found. If you'd rather implement the fixes yourself or take it to another agency, you're welcome to. The findings belong to you.
